Some bosses disrespect people who don't look like them or didn't grow up in the same neighborhood. Some bosses won't stand for workers who work hard, play by the rules, and expect the same of their boss. Some bosses won't keep their written commitments. I fight the boss in Court.            -Mike Jacobson
